This program will DELIVER AMAZING SUCESS to those that commit fully to the 6 weeks. The 4 x workouts have incredible variety in them. They is based off the timeless principle “imposed demands forces adaptations”.

In other words, if you want to BURN FAT or BUILD MUSCLE or GET SHREDDED than this principle must be embedded into the program which it is.

The mobility workouts are active recovery but they in themselves would be a workout to a normal person with a good level of fitness. Don’t be surprised if you are breathing heavy doing those as well.

INTERMITTENT FASTING is also recommended on this 6 week BODY BLITZ.

There is a video explaining that and why it works so well. Even if you want to build muscle do the fasting and see the change.

Your 6 week schedule is on a rotating split to keep your body guessing so we can really MAXIMISE our time together.

I always encourage people to look for safe ways to train.

Bodyweight training that is low impact is literally the safest form of training out there.

Time is our most valuable commodity. When you learn how easy it is to train from home and exceed the results you are after you’ll really appreciate the extra time saved not having to travel to and from a gym.
